At Borderline Outdoor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer 30-day returns on all unused apparel and equipment. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Pack your items securely in the original shipping box and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
